Waddesdon Manor

We decided to go and see how the rich lived in the past. The Waddesdon Manor was purchased by Baron Rothschilds in 1874 with the sole purpose of entertaining and ‘delighting’ his friends. The house even has a Bachelor wing exclusively for his male friends. This property was later bequeathed to the National Trust thereby allowing the common folks a dekho at the grandeur.

Sometimes I miss Michaelangelo. English sculptures simply do not have what it takes.
